Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Impulse Heatmap Indicator ("the Indicator"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users, purchasers, and subscribers. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Indicator.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between MarketMastery ("we," "us," or "our") and you regarding the Indicator, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Impulse Heatmap Indicator on your TradingView account solely for your personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

Subscribers receive access for the duration of their active subscription plan (Monthly, 3-Months, or Annual). All plans receive continuous indicator updates and support.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not allow others to:

• Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your access to the Indicator to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Indicator's Pine Script
• Use the Indicator for commercial purposes, including managing third-party funds or providing trading signals as a paid service, without our prior written consent
• Use the Indicator in a way that violates TradingView's Terms of Service
• Misrepresent the Indicator's performance or make unauthorized claims about its accuracy

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan (Monthly, 3-Months, or Annual). Due to the digital and invite-only nature of TradingView script access, all sales are final once access has been granted to your TradingView account.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

5. Access Delivery

We will grant access to the invite-only TradingView script within 12-24 hours of payment verification. We reserve the right to delay or withhold access if we suspect fraudulent activity. You are responsible for providing accurate TradingView username information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE INDICATOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES THAT THE INDICATOR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. PAST PERFORMANCE DISPLAYED BY THE INDICATOR IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE PROFITABLE TRADING.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETMASTERY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE INDICATOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE INDICATOR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on this website. Your continued use of the Indicator after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
